Free Banner Advertising

Hello and welcome to Everyday Linux User.

This blog has been running for just over a year and has over 50,000 page views a month.

For a trial period I am offering free advertising on this blog. To qualify for the free advertising, your product or site must be relevant to Linux in some way or another and benefit the users of this blog.

In order to advertise you will need to have a banner ad already created. This can be in the format of 468 x 60 (horizontal) or 120 x 240 (vertical).

If you are quick you can get the top banner ad at the top of the site next to the blog name on every single page.

To advertise here send an email to everydaylinuxuser@gmail.com with details about the product or site you wish to advertise and a banner image.

Keyword Advertising

Now a lot of sites employ a pay per click advertising model.

At EverydayLinuxUser you pay a set fee of £25 per month for 5 set keywords.



To sign up all you have to do is:

1. Send an email to everydaylinuxuser@gmail.com
2. Specify the keywords you wish to use

Everyday Linux User will then

1. Acknowledge the receipt of your email
2. Request a payment from you for £25 
3. Link back to your website on each occurrence of the words you have chosen for every article on the site.

(The words you choose must be meaningful words and not words such as "The", "and", "or" etc).

You may wonder how sponsoring this blog benefits your website or your business.

If you sponsor this blog a dedicated review will be written about your website and product.

There will also be monthly shout-outs to each and every sponsor both on the blog, the Reddit page and on Twitter.

You can currently sponsor this blog for free if you can supply something beneficial to the blog. For example if you have a product that you would like reviewed a sample of the product would be required in order to conduct the review.

Another way you can help is to provide competition prizes. Competition prizes do not have to be big but it is obviously good if they are relevant to this blog.

Of course if you just want to sponsor the site you can.

If the thing you want reviewed is a product then you will need to send a sample but not fee would then be incurred.
